The WheelI spin with the wheel of time.  Through the seasons,  my hand turning touches Autumn leaves and Winter snow.  No clock guides my movement.  The movement is that of the constant cycle.  Birth, life, death, birth...  From nothing to something,  order to chaos.  I spin with the movement of the Earth  and feel nature course through me.  The beginning of life,  is the end of life,  and from the ashes of that life,  a new one shall spring.  We, are forever, turning. Love and MathWe sit on my floor and eat 3.14  while we organize our fractaled lives with the Mandelbrot set.  The GEB sits by our side as we argue nature and mathematics,  for we know that consciousness can not be mapped by simple numbers.  I turn my head from our conversation and watch the rain bead on the bedroom window,  and see two raindrops meet,  it was then that I could see that one plus one sometimes only equals one.  I look into your eyes and our consciousness and ideas meld  and one plus one starts to equal one Love and Math

101 things in 1001 days

A friend of mine got me to do this so I figured I would share. The goal is to do all 101 things on the list by the time 1001 days are up.

1. Get over my fear of falling so I can enjoy rollercosters again and go skydiving.

2. Learn to make Sushi

3. Help myself become more mentally well

4. Finish my detective novel

5. Publish Poetry and use that reference book I stole from the library to do it.

6. Keep a Journal and write in it at least twice a week for the 1001 days

7. Stop being afraid of what my actions might cause and just go for what make me happy

8. Quit Smoking

9. Try Painting.

10. Try a new recipe from the joy of cooking at least twice a month.

11. Learn to bake from scratch.

12. Pray and Study Rumi at least for a day with the Whirling Dervishes

13.Don't eat out or buy coffee for a month

14. Get a job that I can honestly say I love

15. Get my Bachelors Degree and start on my Masters.

16. Write my Lit Thesis.

17. Go to D&D every Tuesday no excuses because it always makes me feel better when I'm depressed.

18. Finish all my Xbox/DS/PS2 games so I don't feel like I've wasted money any more. (yes even the 4 disk one)

19. Spend more time with my family. Especially my grandma.

20. Save money for a trip to Europe.

21. Get better at contact juggling/fire breathing/poi and Juggling. Practice all at least twice a week no excuses.

22. Join a circus. Even if its just on campus.

23. Keep in touch with old friends.

24. Not be afraid of falling in love with someone else.

25. Read 30 books I would never normally read because they are "not pompous enough for me"

26. Get camera back and publish or show some photography.

27. Finally do the Dune photo shoot I've been wanting to do for like 2 years

28. Do something "artistic" once a week.

29. Eat something "weird"

30. Be able to be understood in German.

31. Blow up a car. (no shit I've always wanted to do that)

32. Build a Computer and understand how it works.

33. Have a theme camp at Burning Man.

34. Have art at Burning Man

35. Work in a soup kitchen for a day.

36. Volunteer to read to children

37. Try to become a TA for a semester.

38. Have coffee every month with Mrs. G

39. Brew my own Mead and Absinthe

40. Take an auto shop class

41. Exorcise once a week even if just at home and that includes going running.

42. Hike and go camping more.

43. Go on one of the hunting trips my dad always wants me to go on.

44. Learn to catch a fish with my Bare Hands.

45. Go LARPing just because

46. Find out how many licks it really takes to get to the center of a tootsie pop. (wanted to know since that damn owl came on tv)

47. Learn to play the Violin/Guitar/and Banjo

48. Listen to more classical music to the point where I can listen to a piece at random and know who it is.

49. Go to 3 operas

50. Go to more theater and help Robin in the Costume shop to do so

52. Paint and put together ALL of my 40k figures

53. Go see movies alone sometimes

54. Learn Palm Reading.

55. Get a Tattoo

56. Get 3 new Piercings

57. Eat more fruit

58. Buy a sex toy with a partner

59. Stop bottling up what I think/feel

60. Learn more about Buddhism (maybe ask Trung about it)

61. Go fishing with Dad

62. Learn to drive stick.

63. Learn to drive a motorcycle

64. Build and learn to walk on stilts

65. Get rid of/sell the books on my shelf I don't want instead of letting them take up space on the shelves.

66. Go to a Rave

67. Have sex in the rain

68. Pack lunches for school to save money.

69. Go back to Grants Pass for Phosphates and bring hella people to share it with.

70. Make a sex tape

71. Make pasta noodles and pasta from scratch

72. Make a cobbler with fruit I picked myself

73. Go to a club that isn't Death Guild and dance and not care how retarded I look

74. Come to terms with my scars

75. Do a photo portrates of all my close friends

76. Let Drea and Marilyn dress up Jinx for Halloween and not complain.

77. Let my friends know that I appreciate what they do for me

78. Be nerdy without consequence

79. Minor in Human Sexuality

80. Learn to sew and use a sewing machine

81. Learn to knit

82. Not to be afraid to be "girly" every once in awhile

83. Go to a sweat lodge

84. Be naked in public once (yes burn counts)

85. Come to terms with my mental state

86. Make a tag

87. Go see Penguins at the Zoo (No I've never done that)

88. Plant a small garden and keep it alive

89. Meditate twice a week

90. Visit a Buddhist Temple

The last 11 are left open for flexibility
